We have qualified project managers take care of the entire project process. With a lot of practical experience and an economic mindset, they translate even complex requirements efficiently and pragmatically into smart solutions: from the development to the implementation of your automation system. They ensure a smooth process, good cooperation and successful project completion.  

We are a system-independent supplier of automation solutions and ensure consistency between the mechanical functions and the hardware and software functions with our own modular system.

Taking into account the selected control manufacturer and the selected robot brand, we implemented a suitable control structure. With the additional cloud platform, we also offer user-friendly additional modules that ensure process reliability in a production.

We manufacture the systems according to strict specifications and standards for quality management (ISO 9001). This ensures that the systems reliably withstand the loads. Our flexible production capacities and audited suppliers ensure that manufacturing deadlines are met. Our manufacturing focuses on producing customised automation systems that are cost-effective for you.

Before delivery, the systems are commissioned, tested and optimized in Roitham am Traunfall. Preliminary acceptance tests are also carried out in-house.

The system is shipped and installed at the installation site. At the customer’s site, all connections to the machine tool are carried out and all interface connections are put into operation. In addition, we support our customers with extensive training and, if necessary, process optimization. On request, in addition to the CE declaration for our automation system, we also prepare the overall CE declaration for the complete system.

Regardless of machine type and make, we offer you the best solution – perfectly adapted to your manufacturing and logistics philosophy. The selection of component suppliers, e.g. for robots, sensor technology or gripping systems, is always made with the customer’s requirements in mind. Neutrality and confidentiality are our basis for a trustful cooperation with our customers and business partners.

Benefit from reliable service throughout the entire service life of the plant. A wide range of maintenance and services are available to you. PROMOT Automation supports you with conversions, expansions, inspections, maintenance or spare parts supply of any kind. In addition, a service hotline is available to answer questions on topics such as mechanics, software, maintenance or operation of the system. Troubleshooting via remote maintenance, service calls and express spare parts deliveries are just as much a matter of course for PROMOT Automation as the dispatch of qualified personnel in the event of plant downtime.
