Process and AGV control
ProMASTER can distribute production orders and the necessary production steps across several systems. It is also possible to control automated guided vehicle systems to ensure the automatic transport of workpieces between different production steps and thus automate the entire process chain.
The individual production and process steps can be defined individually for each order. These range from commissioning over various transport and parts handling steps to several processing, washing and measuring operations.

Interface
ProMASTER handles the processing of production orders, regardless of whether large batches or batch size 1 are being manufactured – even across multiple systems and production steps. Production orders can be imported and processed fully automatically from the ERP and CAD/CAM system. It is also possible to track parts throughout the entire production process. Comprehensive feedback on order progress to higher-level systems is also possible.
