ProMONITOR enables location-independent monitoring of automated PROMOT systems via the Internet. This allows the automation and processing machines to be conveniently monitored from a PC, tablet or smartphone. Combined with notification functions (e.g. machine downtime or alarm messages), the messages can be sent automatically to a mobile device as a push message. The operator in charge can react immediately and minimize unnecessary downtime. Under three menu items you will find all the necessary functions that enable individual recording and evaluation as well as evaluation of machine data.

With ProMONITOR, you don’t have to be on site to have a real-time view of the machinery. You can simply call up everything via mobile device, whether during a meeting or in the office. Based entirely on your preferences and approvals, you can gain insight into the current machine status securely and even outside of your company network. With the dashboard you get a quick overall view of your machinery and can see information such as machine status, current traffic light signals and the utilization of the last hours.
Using pie charts and graphical timelines with various zoom levels, it is immediately apparent which machine was productive, not operational or not in use. The time ranges are conveniently freely selectable. In addition, you receive information about the availability, utilization and utilization levels of the individual machines – even several months afterwards. This allows you to easily determine key figures, assess the production costs incurred and derive process improvements.
If you have ProMONITOR in use, you can be informed by push messages when alarms occur. This allows you to react quickly in case of malfunctions and thus reduce production interruptions.
In the future, ProMONITOR can also be used as energy monitoring. With power and air consumption measurement, the efficient operation of the plant can be ensured, because continuous condition monitoring of sensor data, in combination with intelligent evaluation, can significantly reduce maintenance costs and unplanned downtime.
